There was lots of both good and bad news in and around Broken Arrow in June.
For days, the tragic mass shooting at the Natalie Medical Building in south Tulsa jolted and saddened not only Broken Arrow and the state, but much of the nation.
CymSTAR chose Broken Arrow for its new headquarters building, new park opened and the city was made proud by one of its tumblers. And everyone was talking about the bizarre spectacle of a Broken Arrow man walking through the Hillside Drive business district with an assault rifle slung over his shoulder.
