The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Northern Oklahoma said a Broken Arrow man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges.
Robert B. White, 53, has been charged with one count reach of attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and maintaining a drug house.
Prosecutors said White is charged with attempting to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and with knowingly possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and Oklahoma Highway Patrol are the investigative agencies.
