Broken Arrow Chamber adds Josh Driskell as VP of operations and government affairs

The Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce has named Josh Driskell, IOM its new vice president of operations and government affairs.
Currently serving as president and CEO of the Jenks Chamber of Commerce, Driskell will be responsible for the Broken Arrow Chamber’s legislative and government affairs programs as well as overseeing the organization’s membership, programs, and communications departments.
“I’m looking forward to getting on the ground with the Broken Arrow Chamber and making connections to build businesses, the chamber and the community,” Driskell said. “Broken Arrow is a shining example of a successful public-private partnership between local government, the chamber of commerce and the business community.”

Our chamber and the city are growing at a rapid pace and we need to ensure we have all the resources and programming ensure strategic growth and Josh will assist in that process” said Broken Arrow Chamber president and CEO, Jennifer Conway. "Josh will lead the Broken Arrow Chamber’s new legislative and advocacy strategic objectives."
Driskell served the Jenks Chamber for more than 12 years. He previously worked in politics and government including serving as a congressional aide. In the chamber industry, he is a past chair of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives and has won that organization’s Executive Leadership award and Shelia Lee Executive of the Year award.
Driskell currently serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Winter Institute Board of Regents and is the vice chair of that board. He has been named a “40 Under 40” by both the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and by Oklahoma Magazine. Driskell is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a degree in political science.
