Construction on NOS intersection entering Phase 3

The city of Broken Arrow said Thursday that construction crews completed their fourth month of work on the improvements project at the intersection of New Orleans Street and Elm Place, and recently moved on to phase 3.

City Manager Michael Spurgeon recorded a short video to provide an update on the progress being made at New Orleans Square in south Broken Arrow.
