The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma announced a Broken Arrow woman has been indicted on a kidnapping charge.
Prosecutors said Lacey Dawn Deckard, 43, held an elderly woman against her will in the woman’s home on Sept. 19, 2022.
The FBI and Broken Arrow Police Department are the investigative agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney Kenneth Elmore is prosecuting the case.
