Are you the next Rooster Days mascot? Let's find out!

The Rooster Days Festival presented by TTCU Federal Credit Union is looking for a new mascot. Rosco the Rooster has been a festival favorite for years.

In true festival fashion, tryouts will be held to find the new mascot. Mascot duties include media appearances, festival appearances, community events, and working with the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce to help promote and represent the festival brand.

The tryout details are below:

· Date: Wednesday, February 15, 2023

· Time: 4-6 p.m.

· Location: Central on Main Ballroom (210 N. Main St., Broken Arrow)

“Rosco the Rooster has been a festival favorite for years and we are excited to welcome a new Rosco for the upcoming 2023 festival,” says Scott Eudey, Festival Chair of the Rooster Days Festival presented by TTCU Federal Credit Union. “Our past mascots have been an incredible asset to our event and team and we hope their retirement will give them a much-deserved break.”

The festival will run May 18-21, 2023. In addition to the festival, there will be additional Rooster Day festivities:

• Rooster Days Fun Run: May 20, 2023, Central Park (1500 S Main St)
• Rooster Days 5K Run: May 20, 2023, Central Park (1500 S Main St)
• Rooster Days Parade: May 20, 2023, Main Street (starts at College Street, ends at Mason Drive)
• Rooster Days Cornhole Tournament: May 18 & 19, 2023, Central Park (1500 S Main St)
