The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said three people were injured Wednesday during a two-car accident near Coweta.
The accident happened just before noon on U.S. Highway 51B at 305th East Avenue, half a mile south of Coweta.
Leslie Strowick, 47, of Porter was driving a 2016 Chrysler 200 when a collision occurred with a Mack truck. Strowick was taken by Coweta EMS to St. Francis in Tulsa and admitted in stable condition with trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.
A 2-year-old passenger in her car was transported by Muskogee County EMS to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in stable condition with leg and neck injuries. A 1-year-old passenger was airlifted by Life Flight to St. Francis and admitted in stable condition with head injuries.
The truck driver, 39-year-old Lucas Anderson of McAlester, refused treatment at the scene.
Troopers said the accident is still under investigation. Both children were in car seats and Strowick was wearing a seatbelt.
