Jay Terrill named community president for RCB Bank Broken Arrow, Union

RCB Bank is pleased to announce Jay Terrill as SVP, Community President for Broken Arrow and Union.

Terrill has been with RCB Bank as a loan officer at Union since October 2022 and has been in the banking industry since 1994, with nearly 30 years of experience in lending.

“I like to help others and being a banker is a great way to help people reach their goals,” Terrill said. 

Terrill was born and raised in Smith Center, Kan. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness

RCB Bank customers can expect “a very friendly and positive individual who will work hard for the customers at RCB Bank,” says Terrill. “And that my 29 years of lending experience will give our customers an advantage to discover the right financial answers for them and their family.”

Terrill, who lives in Tulsa but will soon be moving to Broken Arrow, enjoys spending his spare time with his four children and playing golf, tennis and pickleball.
