A Coweta man riding his motorcycle was killed in an accident Friday in Okmulgee County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Russell Gadlage, 65, was riding a 2006 Harley Davidson FSI eastbound at 7:30 p.m. on OK-16, near Preston, when another vehicle turned left to enter a private drive and the collision occurred.
Gadlage was pronounced deceased at the scene by Okmulgee County EMS.
The driver of the other vehicle, 33-year-old Michael Whitehead of Okmulgee, and his 8-year-old passenger were not injured.
