The FBI is in Broken Arrow conducting an evidentiary search in connection with the 2019 murder of Robin L. Skocdopole, whose remains were found in a creek in south Broken Arrow in 2020.

Alex Ray Scott, 27, recently pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Indian Country in connect to the case, the Broken Arrow Police Department said Wednesday, and the FBI search is related to the case.

Media reports said Scott walked into a New York Police precinct in 2020 and confessed to killing 64-year-old Kenneth Savinski in Manhattan. Police reportedly found the ID of Skocdopole on Scott and another investigation began.
