A Broken Arrow man was hospitalized Saturday evening after his motorcycle was hit by another vehicle just outside of Tulsa, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Korey Ulrich, 48, was taken by EMSA ambulance to Ascension-St. John Medical Center in Tulsa and admitted in fair condition with arm, trunk external and head injuries, OHP said.
Troopers said Ulrich was riding a 2010 Harley Davidson eastbound on Charles Page Boulevard at the intersection of W. 65th Avenue when it was struck by a vehicle.
OHP said that driver, a 17-year-old from Tulsa, failed to stop at a traffic signal at the intersection and caused the collision. The teen was not injured. OHP said Ulrich was not wearing a helmet.
The Tulsa Fire Department and Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene
