Multiple media reports say 3 people are dead and a baby is in critical condition after a shooting in Tulsa.
Three women were killed during an incident that occurred at about 6:30 a.m. at the Wood Creek Apartments on Tulsa's east side, according to Fox23 News, quoting Tulsa Police Department officer Andre Baul.
The station report the shooter turned himself in after initially running away from the scene, and police believe this was an isolated incident. The identities of the victims and shooter have not been released.
