Big stories broke throughout our coverage area in June as economic development projects dominated in June.

A casino/travel plaza development is being proposed by the Muscogee Creek Nation in Coweta, and Broken Arrow planners got their first glimpse at an ambitious plan to expand the Indian Springs sports complex and develop frontage along the Arkansas.
