The Bixby Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was found deceased.
Detectives said they’ve exhausted all leads since finding the man dead in the Arkansas River last September.
The cause of death is still being investigated by the Bixby Police Department and the Office of The Chief Medical Examiner. Investigators are working to identify the man so his family can be notified.
The man’s body was found Sept. 10 along a shoreline in the river near Bentley Park. It's believed the decedent could be a white male. He also has several distinguishing tattoos on his right and left arms.
The department has shared renderings supplied by the OSBI. Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to contact the Bixby Police Department at 918-366-8294.
