3-H Electric Earns Award at HomeServe 7th Annual Contractor Awards

3-H Electric LLC in Broken Arrow was honored during the Seventh Annual HomeServe Contractor Awards at the Downtown Chattanooga Marriott in September.

3-H Electric received the HomeServe Cares Foundation Award for its exceptional work as one of HomeServe’s leading network contractors. Contractors in all categories were evaluated against several criteria for awards, including performance reports, score cards and customer feedback, among other measures.

“Congratulations to all of our top-performing contractor partners and thank you for sharing our commitment to our shared customers and our values of exceptional service and a great customer experience,” Tom Rusin, HomeServe North America CEO, said. “They are out there every day with customers face-to-face, delivering on our promise to free customers from the worry and hassle of home repair. We’re pleased to celebrate their accomplishments and contributions to our business.”

Out of a network of 2,400 contractors across the country, 3-H Electric was in elite company as one of 13 contractors honored for raising the industry bar and achieving excellence in customer service and service delivery to customers of HomeServe.

A Native-owned and T.E.R.O.-certified company servicing Northeastern Oklahoma, 3-H Electric provides residential and commercial electrical service.

The inaugural HomeServe Cares Foundation Award was presented to 3-H Electric for their participation in the Foundation’s Caring for People Program, which provides free emergency home repairs impacting safety, sanitation and quality of life to qualifying homeowners. 3-H Electric’s attention to detail, customer service and transparent communications with both HomeServe and the homeowner earned the business the award.

“The annual Contractor Awards is how we show our network contractors how much they are appreciated and that we understand that their success is our success,” Sylvester Criscone, Senior Vice President of Contractor Management and Administration, said.

“We couldn’t operate our business without the best contractors across North America, and this is just one of the ways we communicate that to them. Congratulations to all those who were recognized, and I look forward to next year’s ceremony, which will be held in Nashville, Tennessee.”

HomeServe, in cooperation with its network of more than 2,400 local, licensed, insured and qualified contractors, has provided emergency home repair services to more than 4.8 million customers, servicing hundreds of thousands of households each year.
