The city of Broken Arrow says they're still giving away excess trash bags. The surplus trash bag giveaway will continue through at least Saturday, Aug. 7, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. behind the Broken Arrow Municipal Court building, at 2304 S. First Pl. Once the remaining bags are given away, the event will close. Broken Arrow residents will need to bring their utility bill and ID to receive three (3) rolls of bags. A voucher is not required.
