Olivia Brown, a senior at Broken Arrow High School, has been nominated for the Female Wrestler of the Year award for the inaugural USA Today High School Sports Awards, presented by U.S. Polo Assn.
The USA Today High School Sports Awards, the largest high school sports recognition program in the country, celebrates the best in high school sports in cities and states across the country!
The 104 local, regional and statewide awards programs will culminate in one national awards show that will debut at 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5. The show will be hosted by the legendary Michael Strahan and Rob Gronkowski, and will include some of the best past and present talent from professional sports as featured guests.
The student athletes featured in the show include the winning athletes of the year from each participating state in more than 20 high school sports. Among those honorees, three finalists will be highlighted within the show, and then finally we’ll reveal the best athlete in the country for each sport.
